Up Close and Personal... 'Jhenna'

| Jhenna. Jhenna was originally an inspiration for a coloring contest. I frequent the Megatokyo Art Forums a lot, and decided to hold a coloring contest. The contestants would take the original line art I submitted and color it as they see fit. Then the forum would vote on the best for technical and creative merit. The winner would receive my colored version personalized to them. In this case, Cicinimo won the contest, and you can see his name in the background and real name spray-painted on the wall, his age (15) noted and the poster in the background was based off of an artwork he posted before the contest. I took the assassin picture and abstracted it into a semi-WWII propaganda poster. All in all, this was a very intriguing picture for me to illustrate as I wanted to try my hand at a new perspective, reflective lighting and the rendering of water.
