I wanted to try something very different with this one so I came up with a scifi take on my usual fantasy. This is again set up like a novel cover and is entitled The Astronomer (he's the little guy there on the platform). I remembered the old adage of never being able to have a roadmap at 1:1 ratio and it got me wondering if somehow we could put a map on the sky itself to chart the stars... Somewhere in that place between sleep and waking, I had a flash of this idea. Just had to draw it. ;} Hope it was worth the wait. Think this should be made into a poster?
